How to purchase Rad-Pads.

There are many retail partners listed on our site, so some of you may be able to shop locally.  We do encourage you to shop locally where possible.  Some shops have many and varied amounts of Rad-Pads, some may have only a few or be temporarily out of stock.  Please speak with your local outlet and if they do not have what you want they may order in for you or you can purchase directly from Rad-Pads (see below). 

 

We are constantly updating our retail partners list, so please let us know if you have any problems contacting/purchasing locally.

We know that many of you do not live near a local retail partner.  However we are in the process of remedying that with the introduction of local area 'facilitators' where retail outlets are not in your vicinity.  We already have eleven facilitators around Australia (see www.naturalwomannetwork.com.au for details) Please contact us if you would like to register your interest in becoming a facilitator.

 Placing an order by purchasing through this website – simply go to the desired products on the ‘shopping’ or 'specials' pages and add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. When you process your order on-line, it will automatically be e-mailed to us.

Payment if purchasing direct from Rad-Pads:.

Paypal  is now available on this website.  When you are processing your order on the shopping pages, you will be asked to nominate which method of payment you are using, including PayPal.  PayPal is a safe and convenient method of payment, especially for our international customers.

Payment via Direct Deposit into our bank account is popular and convenient for Australian customers.  Details are:

If you are residing in Australia, direct deposit is a great option, however we now have PayPal for your convenience on this site as well.

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you may like to use Paypal:  just proceed as directed with shopping cart and choose the paypal option button when it comes to payment options.  Please let us know by email if you encounter any challenges with the PayPal option.

If purchasing directly from us and you do not want to use PayPal, please speak to your bank about making an 'Overseas Telegraphic Transfer of Funds'. Some banks charge a fee for this service. 

Please give the above bank BSB and Account Number, plus the Westpac Swift Code which is:

WPACAU2S  (in some countries this is known as the IBAN number).

Your order will be processed as soon as the deposit has been registered in our account.

Orders/payments can be made also:

  • By credit card number being phoned/faxed to us or sent in the mail with purchase order (credit cards accepted are visa and mastercard) (IN AUSTRALIA ONLY).  See below for details.
  • By forwarding a money order either with purchase order form. Cheques not accepted unless by prior arrangement.
  • Cash payments can be made directly to the office in Ballarat.  However, we advise against sending cash in the post.  This option available for local customers. Just call us for directions.
  • By accessing one of the local retail outlets (see below).
